The Bloomer Mansion estates includes six acres of private woods, wetlands, dunes and beachfront.  For nature lovers, it offers a wide variety of birds, local deer and elk, dune grass and wild flowers.

The Mansion has a large front yard, and at the edge of this yard is a private nature pathway that leads directly to the "world's longest beach".  If you take about an eight minute stroll through the trees and dune grass, you will come to a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. For guests that prefer to drive, the Seaview beach approach with driving access to the beach is just two blocks north. The Long Beach approach is less than one mile south of Bloomer Mansion.  

The Bloomer Mansion is in Seaview Washington and is walking distance to many great restaurants and pubs, is five blocks away from a large grocery and convenience store, and less than one mile away from downtown Long Beach and two miles to Ilwaco. Ilwaco is famous for chartered salmon and sturgeon fishing in the Pacific Ocean or in the Columbia River, has its own bowling alley, and a number of restaurants, bars, and antique stores.
